Rishtey Dekhe is a verified matrimony platform where you create a profile, browse thousands of compatible profiles, and express interest in the ones you like. When both parties show mutual interest, a connection is made and you can start chatting. It's that simple — register free, set up your profile, and let our smart system suggest the best matches for you.
Yes, creating an account on Rishtey Dekhe is completely free. You can browse profiles, use basic search filters, and send up to 5 interests per day at no cost. For unlimited messaging, contact detail access, and advanced filters, you can upgrade to a Premium plan anytime.
Anyone above 18 years of age who is legally eligible for marriage in India can register on our platform. We welcome profiles from all communities, religions, and regions across India. Family members can also create a profile on behalf of their son or daughter.
Click "Register Free" on the homepage, enter your mobile number and verify it with the OTP sent to your phone. Then fill in your basic details — name, date of birth, religion, location, and what you're looking for. Your profile goes live after our team reviews and approves it, usually within a few hours.
Your Profile
Profiles with a clear photo, detailed personal information, and a well-written bio receive up to 5× more interest. We recommend: uploading a recent, clear photo of your face; completing all sections including education, profession, and family background; and writing a short, genuine bio about yourself and what you're looking for in a partner.
Yes. Every profile goes through a three-step verification process: phone OTP verification at registration, photo screening by our moderation team, and a profile review to ensure information is genuine. Profiles that pass all checks receive a Verified badge, giving you confidence that you're connecting with real people.
Yes. You have full control over your privacy. You can hide your profile photos from non-members, block specific profiles from viewing your details, and choose who can contact you. Go to Settings → Privacy Controls to manage these preferences at any time.
Absolutely. You can update your profile details, upload new photos, and change your partner preferences at any time from your dashboard. Significant changes (such as name or date of birth) may require re-verification by our team.
Matches & Search
Our smart matching engine analyses your profile details, partner preferences, religion, location, education, and lifestyle to suggest the most compatible profiles. The more complete your profile is, the more accurate your matches will be. You'll also see "Daily Recommendations" on your dashboard — a curated list of highly compatible profiles updated every day.
Simply visit the profile you like and click the "Send Interest" button. The other person will be notified. If they accept your interest, you'll both be connected and can begin chatting. Free members can send up to 5 interests per day; Premium members enjoy unlimited interest sends.
Yes. Our search supports filters for religion (Hindu, Muslim, Jain, Christian, Sikh), caste/community, age range, height, education, profession, income, and city. Premium members get access to advanced filters including mother tongue, dietary habits, and manglik status.
Once both profiles accept each other's interest, a mutual match is created. Premium members can then view each other's contact details and use the in-app chat to communicate directly. We recommend getting to know each other well through the platform before sharing personal contact information.
Membership & Plans
The free plan gives you: full profile creation, browsing all profiles, up to 5 interest sends per day, and basic search filters. You can also receive interests from other members. To view contact details, chat with matches, and access advanced features, a Premium upgrade is required.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
We offer a 7-day refund policy if you are not satisfied with your Premium membership, provided you have not used the premium features. Please contact our support team at help.desk@clixahub.com within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Privacy & Safety
Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. Your contact details (phone number and email) are never displayed publicly. They are only shared with a mutual match when you explicitly choose to do so. All data is stored securely and we never sell your information to third parties. If you come across a profile that seems fake, misleading, or inappropriate, click the "Report" button on that profile page. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes swift action. You can also email us at help.desk@clixahub.com if you need to escalate a concern.
Yes. You can block any profile at any time. Once blocked, that person will no longer be able to view your profile, send you interests, or message you. To block someone, visit their profile and click More → Block Profile. You can manage your block list under Settings → Blocked Profiles.
We always recommend: always meeting in a public place for the first time; informing a trusted family member or friend about your plans; not sharing sensitive financial information with anyone you've just met; and trusting your instincts — if something feels off, it probably is. Account & Settings
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email address. You'll receive an OTP to reset your password. If you face any difficulty, contact our support team and we'll help you regain access promptly.
You can deactivate your account temporarily (hiding your profile without deleting data) or permanently delete it. Go to Settings → Account → Deactivate / Delete Account. If you've found your match, please let us know — we'd love to add your story to our Success Stories section!
Yes, family members often create and manage profiles on behalf of their son or daughter. You can use a parent's or sibling's phone number for the OTP verification. Just make sure to indicate in the profile that it is being managed by a family member, so potential matches are aware.
